Brenda: I'm a wife and mother of two sweet girls. I grew up in Tulsa, where my parents opened a garden center when I was 4. After getting a degree in news-editorial journalism from Texas Christian University in 1999 and working briefly in Salt Lake City, Utah, my husband and I came home to Tulsa and started working for the family business. Ten years and two kids later, we are branching out (I am am unabashed user of puns) and building a new farm and marketplace as part of the nursery. It is an exciting challenge for us, and we hope to eventually create the kind of place that our friends and family and community will enjoy for many years.
